May 2022 Arrivals

CP Select Brazil
A classic Brazil profile that is balanced and sweet.

Flavor Notes: Mild, sweet and citric with cocoa and chocolate flavor.

Kenya AA CP Select
Kenya, where coffee is graded by bean size. Kenya AA has full body, delicate acidity, and a smooth winey flavor.

Flavor notes: Juicy, sweet and smooth with grapefruit, caramel, chocolate and citrus fruit flavors.

Nicaragua FTO Segovia
Well-balanced, with a good, smooth body. It roasts up evenly at a wide range of roasts. If you go too dark you'll lose some sweetness. Go lighter for brighter citrus/less chocolaty qualities. Try it at a full-city to start and give it 3 days rest.

Flavor notes: mellow, sweet and savory with almond and cocoa flavors

CP Select Guatemala Organic Atitlan
Thanks to the volcanoes that surround Lake Atitlan the soil here is extremely rich. The climate is windy and wet which contributes to the nutty, chocolate characteristics that are balanced by the lemon acidity in this coffee. Sometimes you can pick up a very slight floral.

Flavor notes: Sweet and citric with mellow melon, chocolate and toffee flavors.

Colombia Organic Tolima
This is an organic coffee that comes from a blend of coffees from multiple contributing certified-organic producers located in the Tolima region of Colombia. All of the coffees in this blend are of European Preparation (EP). This means that they are screen-size 15 and above with a maximum of 8 defects within 300 grams.

Flavor notes: Sweet, savory and citric with dark chocolate, lemon and cocoa flavors.

Papua New Guinea Wahgi Valley Kunjin
The mill purchases cherry from smallholder farmers who each has about 1.5 hectares of land, growing about 2,500 trees per hectare.

Flavor notes: Soft and savory with a mellow milk chocolate sweetness, lemon zest, praline and cocoa flavors.

CP Select Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 Triple Picked
This Grade 1 is a classic Sumatran coffee. It offers a sweet, clean profile and higher quality cup then a standard Double Picked Mandheling. You'll find a sweet, clean profile that has a high cup quality.

Flavor Notes:
Heavy mouthfeel, herbaceous and earthy flavors.

Tanzania Peaberry Southern Blend Fully Washed
A classic espresso blend would be 1/3 Tanzania Peaberry, 1/3 Indonesian, 1/3 Brazil or Central American.

Flavor Notes: Balanced and sweet with tart, citric acidity, caramel, grape and chocolate flavors.
