Very pleased with this coffee Review by TheCoffeeAdventures
Body Sweetness Acidity Balance/Harmony Aftertaste Beans - peanut butter like aroma
Attributes: Nutty - Nuts, Spice, Round, Sweet
Aroma - smooth, mellow, nuttiness, spice
Taste - nutty, sweet, spice(like cardamom), nice amount of acidity, great body, raisin, fruity.
I was pretty impressed with this coffee. While it's hot it starts out nutty with spice undertones with great acidity and then when it cools, it turns fruity like raisins, the nuttiness gets stronger, the spice mellows a bit, a sweetness like caramel comes out.
I'd definitely recommend this coffee to friends. (Posted on 10/16/10)
Attributes: Fruit - Fruity, Fruit - Raisin, Caramel, Spice - Cardamom
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes, absolutely !!! Fantastic.

very good stuff Review by ZeroProphetCoffee
Sweetness Acidity Balance/Harmony Aftertaste Body stopped roast at 437 (using a Diedrich HR-1), not too far into second crack; classic Vienna roast profile. I've had this as espresso only so far, and it's surprisingly assertive, with nice balance between almond and clove. Big but not very dense crema. I'll try it at 434 or thereabouts next time and try both as espresso & in the pour-through. It must have lost some body in the last ten seconds or so of the roast. (Posted on 12/21/10)
Attributes: Nuts- almond, Earthy
Attributes: Caramel, Spice - Clove
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes, a great choice.

Tasty—a solid choice to have around Review by Jonathan All my reviews

Aftertaste Body Sweetness Acidity Balance/Harmony Took well to a variety of roasts (lightest stopped as first crack finished, heaviest some 10-15 seconds into second crack); prepared with an AeroPress using 175°F water.
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes, a great choice.
No particular attribute stands out to my uneducated palate, but I'd happily include it when resupplying. (Posted on 4/21/11)
