Colombian Forest Huila - Agustino Zoom

Colombian Forest Huila - Agustino

Colombia has produced a crazy amount of great coffee lately.

A City roast brings out tart cherry and dark chocolate flavors. Take it a little further and you'll find subtle mandarin orange and ripe cherries, with deeper cocoa tones. Nice medium body and a very sweet finish that lingers. This coffee has a lovely balance.

Colombia Agustino Forest is produced by an association of approximately 800 small coffee producers from around the San Agustín municipality in the department of Huila, Colombia.
The members coordinate efforts to support Huila Agustino Forest coffee producers. Currently, there are ongoing projects including infrastructural improvements to each producer’s farm and training sessions. These training sessions are aimed at improving the quality of the coffee and practices associated with the protection of the environment in the region where coffee is produced.
